Savannah is only 18 months old. She was a chained dog who has known obvious abuse. We cannot even get close to her without her falling to the ground and shaking from fear of what we may do to her. Her emaciated body was begging for food. Everyday she is here we see improvement and we cannot wait for the day when she no longer cowers at the sight of a human
